To register successfully on betbt, you must provide accurate and truthful information. If an account is created using false information, betbt may close that account and forfeit the balance at any time.

Each individual may register only one account on betbt. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited and will be treated as duplicate accounts.

• Your full name, email address, and phone number must be provided accurately at registration.
• A National ID (NID) or passport must be submitted for KYC verification.
• You must verify ownership of your mobile banking account for payment verification.
• It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported to the support team immediately.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account on betbt and participate in any games. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited and is in violation of international law.

Betbt uses advanced Age Verification technology to prevent minors from accessing the platform. If a user creates an account using a false age and this is later proven, all transactions on that account will be voided and any winnings will be forfeited.

Betbt supports deposits and withdrawals via all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• KYC verification is required for withdrawals.
• It is recommended that the same payment method be used for both deposits and withdrawals.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 2,00,000.

Betbt offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be met. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; a specific wagering requirement must be fulfilled before withdrawal.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, once per account.
• The wagering requirement for bonus funds is typically 10x to 30x.
• Winnings from bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Betbt reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be suspended.
• Terms for reload bonuses and cashback offers may vary.

All bets on betbt are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are considered final, though odds may change before a market closes.

Betbt is not liable for bets that fail to register due to internet disconnection or other technical issues during live betting. No funds will be deducted from the user's account in such cases.

• If a match is cancelled, the bet will be refunded.
• In the event of a disputed result, betbt's decision is final.
• Betbt may void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• The maximum payout limit is set individually for each event.
• Coordinated bet placement from multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betbt platform. Violation of these rules will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Abusing bonuses through the use of multiple accounts.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other form of cyber attack.
• Attempting to hack betbt's software or algorithms.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Threatening or harassing betbt staff.

Users may close their account at any time. Upon a self-exclusion request, betbt will action it within 24 hours. It is advisable to complete all pending withdrawals before closing your account.

Betbt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons: breach of Terms, evidence of fraud, KYC verification failure, or security concerns.

• The user will be notified of the reason for suspension via email.
• Valid complaints can be appealed through our support team.
• Any verified balance will be returned following account closure.
